- 1976: Kernpareil Cooperative Almond Huller is established
- 1979: David Swisshelm hired as Manager, he successfully manages Kernpareil, Inc. until his retirement in 2010.
- 1983: Kernpareil, Inc. buys out remaining Kimberlina Co-op assets
- 1988: Kernpareil, Inc. board approves full conversion and renovation to a full Sheller
- 1991: Kernpareil approves a remodel to the existing plant, 10 shear rolls, new gravity table, and hash recovery system.
- 2000: Joe Gaona is hired to become the new Plant Superintendent at Kernpareil, Inc.
- 2000-2010: Kernpareil expands as the almond industry grows rapidly in Kern County. Providing Hulling and Shelling services to over 70 growers.
- 2010: Kernpareil, Inc. implements state of the art Almond Grower Database through its entire facility to perform every function. The Almond Logic Data Base has increased productivity and efficiency throughout the entire operation.
- 2012: Kernpareil, Inc. Board approves a new In-shell line. It is installed and ready for the 2012 Harvest.
- 2014: Kernpareil, Inc. is headed in a positive direction, continuing that same tradition of high quality hulling and shelling services to its 85 Growers. With a new management team ready to lead Kernpareil, Inc. to World Class status in the Almond Industry.
